This is a reminder that NHSBSA have forwarded the GOS Complaints Briefing to all LSC contract holders for the 2025-26 financial year. Attached is a copy of the briefing document from NHSBSA which contains the link for you to upload your annual complaints submission. If the practice has not received any complaints within the reporting period, please report `0` complaints.
Please note the online data collection submission window will close at 11.59pm on Friday 29 May 2026. NHSBSA have advised that NO second window will be opened for submissions this year.
