| Dear Colleagues, We would like to thank you for your commitment and support to deliver the Integrated Children’s service for patients in Morecambe Bay. We are aware that the payments for the months of April, May, June and July 2025 have been delayed and appreciate your patience and support in this matter while we are investigating this. Please note that we are experiencing delays in payments from University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust owing to some system changes and are following up with them regularly to resolve this. Despite not receiving the payments yet, in order to support practices, we have authorised the payments for all Integrated Children’s Service activity conducted in April 2025. Practices should expect to see these payments this week. We will continue to work with the Trust to improve the process of approval and payment of invoices and hope to see this expedited in the coming weeks. We apologise for the delay in payments reaching you and ask that you contact us via the blue bubble or by emailing hello@referral.support if you do not receive expected payment for April 25 by Friday October 17th. We will keep you updated and look forward to bringing the remaining overdue invoice payments up to date as soon as we received these monies.
