| We wrote to you on 10 December 2025 to let you know that the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) claim window for 2024 is open until 31 March 2026. We have an important update for you about the 2024 CPD claim form in PCSE Online. From 1 January 2026, the CPD claim form in PCSE Online began incorrectly displaying the claim year as 2025. While the 2024 claim window is open, our technical team are unable to make any changes to correct this. Please note that all claims submitted in the CPD claim window (8 December 2025 to 31 March 2026) will be treated as 2024 claims and corrected after the window closes. What this means for you If you submitted a claim up to and including 31 December 2024, there is no action to take. Your claim will be processed and paid. If you started and saved a claim, but have not yet submitted it, please submit it before the deadline of 31 March 2026. Your claim will be processed and paid. Please only submit one claim for the 2024 claim period (1 January to 31 December 2024)We are not accepting any claims for the 2025 CPD year at this time – that window will open later this year. There is no need to submit a duplicate claim. Any duplicates will be reverted after the window closes.
