
Dear Colleague,
We have been made aware of issues relating to low vision follow up episodes not being paid. There have been some cases, where they have been paid, and the episodes have been paid at a lower fee than advertised.
The reason for this is due to an IT issue which has now been resolved.
Going forward, all episodes will be paid at the correct rate. We are working to make payments for outstanding episodes and top up previous episodes to the correct rate as a priority.
We will let you know as soon as we have any updates regarding this.
