At the November GOS contractors’ event, we heard from Sam Jefferies about the Primary Care Training Hub’s ‘Step into Primary Care’ recruitment program. If any practice is looking for new non-clinical team members, then this could be an excellent way to find and develop new talent. Applicants are people who have expressed an interest in working in health and will have a structured ICB training program to help them gain the competencies you need.
