As of 1st January 2024, there is a requirement for all practitioners on the England performers list to make a declaration confirming that they are continuing to provide NHS services, under Regulation 9(1)(A).
NHS England have shared a letter (link below) and requested practitioners on the Performers List in the North West ensure their personal information and contact details are up to date on PCSE Online.
