Lancashire & South Cumbria ICB has a Health and Wellbeing Programme for Primary Care which includes resources for all colleagues working in GOS-contracted optical practices; optometrists, dispensing opticians, optical assistants, and practice managers.

The Health and Wellbeing Programme for Primary Care have also launched a Health and Wellbeing Survey for staff in Primary Care. The anonymous survey results will be used to gain insight into staff wellbeing across L&SC. It will enable monitoring and support our communications. The results will be held by the Primary Care Training Hub and shared with practice managers, NHS England, and the ICB. The closing date is 6th October 2023.
