PES Operations and Governance teams are conducting a review of documentation to ensure all practices and practitioners are fully compliant and their submissions are up-to-date. As part of this process, they are ensuring that all mandatory governance documents required for service delivery are in place.
They have identified practices and practitioners whose documentation needs updating and have asked the LOC to encouraging practices to upload any outstanding documentation as a priority. Below is a summary of the required documents.
Practice Documents Required:
- DSPT (Data Security and Protection Toolkit)
- GOS Contract
- NHS Contact Checklist
- Annual Declaration
Practitioner Documents Required:
- DBS Certificate
- Safeguarding level 2 Children
- Safeguarding level 2 Adults
- Annual Declaration
Failure by practices or practitioners to comply with these requirements may lead to restricted access to the OPERA system, therefore restricted access to provide services. It is essential that all users adhere to maintain uninterrupted access.
