Update on the changes to Accounts Payable for all ELFS Clients
This is to inform you that with immediate effect we will be updating our e invoicing and statements email to the addresses shown below.
Benefits of electronic invoice submission:
1. There is no charge to use the service
2. Time saving – invoices will be processed faster with minimal errors
3. Cost saving – no paper, printing or postage fees
4. Carbon saving – no paper, printing or emissions
5. Easy to use – almost all billing applications can generate and email PDF invoices
INVOICE E-MAIL ADDRESS
To avoid any delay in processing your invoices and to allow time for the transition, please ensure you change our address details and start sending invoices to the email shown on the table below.
Invoice submission via email allows for the most efficient processing and will assist in the prompt payment of your invoice and this initiative is in line with the Department of Health directive to all NHS organisations to move to a full e-Invoicing solution.
If you are unable to provide an invoice via email, and you are only able to provide a paper invoice, please send to the address below with immediate effect – please note you MUST include the name of the trust you are invoicing:

ELFS Business Services operates a supplier portal to enable you to self-serve many of your queries, however if you still need to contact ELFS with a query, there is a contact ELFS link within the portal to enable you do this.
