NHS England is undertaking work to understand best practice and challenges faced in providing translation and interpreting services. To inform this primary care staff, including social prescribers, GP practice managers, receptionists, or other connected roles, are encouraged to complete this survey.
Using feedback from this survey and other engagement methods, including the Translation and Interpreting Network, an improvement framework to provide practical guidance for translation and interpreting services nationally will be developed.
