The NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) team would like to better understand the processes and ongoing management of referrals coming from outside the patient’s registered GP practice, initiated by pharmacists, dentists, optometrists or similar, through this short survey. Anyone working in primary care making or managing referrals, is invited to take part and the use of e-RS is not necessary.
