The Lancashire Eye Centre (Chorley) have asked the LOC to collate a list of practices in the area who are able to supply and fit small frames e.g. tomato frames for patients who require a small frame supplement.
They will give this list to patients along with their voucher for dispensing.
If you would like to be included on this list please email jennifer.smith@lmbloc.co.uk, by 20th November 2022, with your practice name and phone number. Please note the information you provide will be distributed to patients by the hospital.
