The Lancashire Eye Centre held their first successful CPD event recently. It was great to see so many people there and to meet the staff including Mr M. Sira who gave a talk on cataracts and oculoplastics and Ms S. Bansal, Clinical Director.
During the Q&A and facility tour, concerns were raised regarding the difficulties optometrists have getting through to the emergency triage line. Christina Marsden and Lisa McKenna have taken this feedback onboard and asked the LOC to pass on their contact details to all optometrists to feedback any future issues or other queries regarding the Lancashire Eye Centre.
