The RLI has turned off its fax machine which had been used hitherto to send them urgent/ emergency referrals. We did not get any prior notification of this switch off unfortunately.
Practices now need to telephone the department at the RLI and then follow up by sending an email to the following address using an NHS.net email account quoting “[secure]” as the subject.NB use square brackets,
Those of you without NHS.net email accounts will need to uses 7-Zip to encrypt the email.
