The GOC have made several updates to their frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Their updates include further clarification on CET and information about NHS England’s guidance letter for optical settings and have published two new statements on Continuing Education and Training (CET) and registrants working in different settings during the COVID-19 emergency.
They have also developed statements which cover remote consultations and prescribing, education provision, the supply of spectacles and contact lenses, contact lens aftercare, education quality assurance and hearings.
