Lancashire & Morecambe Bay Local Optometric Committee (LMBLOC) is the official organisation representing contractors and performers within North and West Lancashire, including Blackpool, Fylde, Wyre, Preston, Chorley, South Ribble, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Lancaster, Morecambe, and Carnforth, South Cumbria areas of Morecambe Bay including Barrow-in-Furness, Grange-over-Sands, Windermere, Ambleside and Kendal.
It provides advice to CCGs and information to contractors and performers in the area.
